Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original clinical packaging, ensuring that at least 50% of the product remains for quality inspection purposes.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
